Pet Friends’ Happy Tails …

Duncan is doing great!  He is healthy and happy and loves everyone!

My husband and I adopted Katie from you in July 2010.  I saw your happy tails and thought that if there was ever somebody that should be on there, it is Katie.  Our Golden mix, Sebastian was missing his buddy Sasha who had passed away on July 4th.  I saw Katie’s picture on petfinder and told my husband, “We have to go meet this dog.”  We went to Norwin Towne Square to meet her. She must have known because she loved on us right away; kissing my husband’s nose and hugging up against my legs.  I think we all knew she was already home.  We scheduled a meet with her and Sebastian (completely as a formality because there was never a more agreeable dog in the world than our sweet Sebastian).  He took to Katie right away, as we all did.  She is a wonderful fit for us and we are grateful to everybody involved in this very successful adoption.

She was so proud of herself when she caught that and it flipped over her head.

Just thought I'd let you know (since it's been a month) that all is well and Roxie is a fully accepted member of the "pack".  She always sleeps at the top of the bed next to me - a lot of times with her head on the pillow next to me.  With Tango on the left of me and Roxie on the right, I stay really warm on these cold nights - though my space allotment is certainly not in proportion to my size versus theirs.

Hope all is well you and Pet Friends.  There were so many sweet dogs there.  It was really hard being in the kennel with Jay and seeing them all hoping so much for them to find good homes.  You guys are awesome.
